Returns and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy from receipt on all canvas prints, unframed paper prints, unopened greeting card packs, and original paintings.

Unless they are delivered faulty, we regret that we are unable to refund framed paper prints, as they are customised-to-order items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.   

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return postage and insurance.

If you received a free gift with purchase, and the item you are returning was the qualifying purchase, you will also need to return the free item, or its retail value will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Most prints are sent directly from the fine art printer. Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the shipping label. We cannot guarantee that your purchase will be received safely. To initiate an exchange or return, please contact info@alisongilbert.com in the first instance. If the refund or exchange is accepted, you will be given instructions as to how to return your item.

When approved, and the returned item has been received, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange/return will not be accepted.

Damages

We take great care with packaging, so damage is extremely rare. In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, please inform the courier immediately and take a photo of the damage, including the packaging, and then contact us within 24 hours. We will then arrange a replacement for you. If you are unable to do this, we may not be able to process the claim.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We regret that no refunds are possible on bespoke or customised items, including Framed Art Prints on paper

No refunds are available on sale items.

All trade orders, including those placed with a trade discount or produced to order (e.g., canvas prints), are final sales. Due to the custom nature and special pricing of these items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on trade purchases. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges
The quickest way to facilitate an exchange is to return the original item as per the instructions above and, once the return is accepted, make a separate new purchase.
