'Beachcombing' Art Print on Paper

‘Beachcombing’ Art Print on Paper is taken from a large painting of the same name.

One of a series called the Coastal Collection, it was created in response to my memories of living by the sea. Long walks along the seafront in all weathers, inspired by the grey or blue of the sea, the foam, the shingle beach. Flotsam and jetsam washed up on the shore. Scraps of fishing nets and lobster pots are left, alongside waste plastic mixed with seaweed and weathered wood. The series is entirely abstract yet expresses the memory and feelings evoked by being there in the salty spray.

‘Beachcombing’ Art Print abstract is printed on high-quality 300g Hahnemuhle photo rag paper. This paper has a beautiful fine surface texture, a bit like smooth watercolour paper, and has soft ‘deckled’ edges. Gicleé printing uses professional, high-quality, fade-resistant inks that are fully archival with excellent lightfastness.

Please note, however, that any artwork should ideally be displayed in locations away from direct sunlight.

These Art Prints on Paper are unframed in sizes that fit readily available frames. Please get in touch if you have a particular requirement in mind.
